中国股市高质量发展水平测度与评价

摘　　要：中国股市的高质量发展是遵循新发展理念的发展,其基本要求应包括创新、协调、绿色、开放、规范、有效和共享发展七大维度。文章根据中国股市高质量发展的内涵和基本要求,设置了创新、协调、绿色、开放、规范、有效和共享发展7个一级指标,19个二级指标,53个三级指标,构建中国股市高质量发展水平测度指标体系,并对2019年中国股市高质量发展水平进行测度和评价。为各类市场主体准确把握中国股市高质量发展水平提供数据支撑,为进一步研究中国股市高质量发展问题提供参考借鉴。The high-quality development of China’s stock market follows the new development concept,and its basic requirements should include seven dimensions:innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,standardization,effectiveness and sharing development.According to the connotation and basic requirements of high-quality development of China’s stock market,this paper sets up seven first-class indicators(including 19 second-class indicators and 53 third-class indicators)of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,standardization,effectiveness and sharing development to construct the index system for measuring the high quality development level of China’s stock market,and then measures and evaluates the high-quality development level of China’s stock market in 2019,which provides data support for all kinds of market entities to accurately comprehend the high-quality development level of China’s stock market,and offers reference for further research on the high-quality development of China’s stock market.
