长江经济带一体化发展促进了产业结构转型升级吗?

摘　　要：本文利用双重差分法及双重差分倾向得分匹配法(PSM—DID)研究长江经济带政策对地区产业结构转型升级的影响。研究发现,整体上长江经济带政策显著促进了产业结构高度化和产业结构合理化,即显著促进了产业结构转型升级,但存在明显的异质性,即长江经济带一体化发展主要促进了高等级城市的产业结构转型升级。对区域异质性进行检验,发现长江经济带一体化发展仅能显著促进长江上游地区产业结构转型升级。据此,应从一体化协调发展、环境规制以及促进创新成果转换等方面考虑更好地实现产业结构转型升级。This paper studies the influence of Yangtze River Economic Belt Policy on the transformation and upgrading of regional industrial structure by using DID and PSM-DID method.The results show that although the policies of the Yangtze River Economic Belt on the whole significantly promote the industrial structure and rationalization,that is to say,significantly promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,there are obvious heterogeneity.The research on the heterogeneity of urban scale shows that the integrated development of Yangtze River Economic Belt mainly promotes the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure of high-level cities.By testing the regional heterogeneity,it is found that the integrated development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt can only significantly promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.Therefore,we should consider from the aspects of integrated and coordinated development,environmental regulation and promoting the transformation of innovation achievements,so as to better realize the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
