阶段性心理护理在肝癌患者介入治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨阶段性心理护理在肝癌患者介入治疗中的应用效果。方法:将2018年7月1日~2020年2月29日实施介入治疗的104例肝癌患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各52例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上实施阶段性心理护理干预。比较两组患者自我管理效能、心理状况、生活质量及依从性情况。结果:观察组自我效能感量表(GSES)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者总依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对肝癌患者实施阶段性心理护理,能有效提高患者的自我管理效能,改善患者的负性心理,提高其生活质量和依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the Application effect of Staged psychological nursing in interventional therapy of liver cancer patients.methods:A total of 104 patients with liver cancer who received interventional treatment from July 1,2018 to February 29,2020 according to random number table method were divided into control group and observation group with 52 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing measures,and the observation group was implemented Staged psychological nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.Self-management efficacy,psychological status,quality of life and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The score of self-efficacy scale(GSES)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of SF-36 in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Staged psychological nursing for patients with liver cancer can effectively improve patients′self-management efficacy,reduce patients′negative psychology,and promote their quality of life and compliance.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
