动态喉镜下采用嗓音声学检测评估嗓音训练在儿童声带小结治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察动态喉镜下采用嗓音声学检测评估嗓音训练在儿童声带小结治疗中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2019年11月至2020年7月期间收治的80例声带小结患儿为临床研究对象,利用电脑抽签的方式将80例患儿随机分为两组,包括对照组与观察组,对照组采用药物治疗+基础行为干预,观察组在药物治疗的基础上,给予基础行为干预及嗓音训练,期间每月行喉内窥镜检测,观察患儿声带小结改善情况、声嘶感觉积分、症状消失时间、临床治愈率及复发率。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,声带小结改善情况优于对照组,声嘶感觉积分、症状消失时间均低于对照组,P < 0.05,有统计学意义。结论喉镜下评估嗓音训练联合药物治疗小儿声带小结疗效显著,可有效改善患儿发音功能,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To observe the application effect of voice training in the treatment of vocal nodules in children by voice acoustic detection under dynamic laryngoscope.Methods 80 cases of children with vocal nodules admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to July 2020 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups,including the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with drug therapy and basic behavior intervention,while the observation group was given basic behavior intervention and voice training on the basis of drug treatment.During this period,laryngeal endoscopy was performed monthly The improvement of vocal nodules,hoarseness sensation score,symptom disappearance time,clinical cure rate and recurrence rate were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the improvement of vocal nodules was better than that of the control group,the hoarseness sensation score and symptom disappearance time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusions Laryngoscopic assessment of voice training combined with drugs in the treatment of vocal nodules in children has significant effect,can effectively improve the voice function of children,high safety,worthy of promotion.
