应用改良VSD引流装置治疗颈部脓肿的临床分析

摘　　要：目的应用改良持续负压引流装置(VSD)治疗颈部脓肿的临床疗效分析。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月甘肃省人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的颈部脓肿患者32例,随机分为对照组和VSD治疗组,对照组16例患者给予传统脓肿切开引流术+纱条引流+伤口换药治疗,VSD治疗组患者则给予脓肿切开引流+ 改良VSD负压引流装置治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率、换药次数和引流时间、创口愈合时间的差异以及换药时疼痛评分情况。结果两组均顺利完成手术痊愈出院。VSD治疗组患者治疗后的总有效率为 87.5% 高于对照组为75.0%(P < 0.05),换药次数和引流时间、创口愈合时间均优于对照组(P < 0.05)。疼痛评分低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论应用改良VSD 引流装置治疗颈部脓肿临床效果良好,有效促进了创面的愈合,减少换药次数,降低患者痛苦,值得临床上应用于颈部脓肿的治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified continuous negative pressure drainage device(VSD)in the treatment of neck abscess.Methods Thirty-two patients with neck abscess admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology,Head and Neck Surgery,Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and VSD treatment group.16 patients in control group were given traditional abscess incision and drainage Surgery+gauze drainage+wound dressing treatment.Patients in the VSD treatment group were given abscess incision and drainage+modified VSD negative pressure drainage device treatment.The total effective rate,number of dressing changes,drainage time and wound healing were compared between the two groups after treatment.The difference in time and the pain score when changing the dressing.Results Both groups successfully completed the operation and were discharged from the hospital.The total effective rate of patients in the VSD treatment group was 87.5%higher than that of the control group,which was 75.0%(P<0.05).The number of dressing changes,drainage time and wound healing time were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of modified VSD drainage device to treat neck abscess has a good clinical effect,effectively promotes wound healing,reduces the number of dressing changes,and reduces patient suffering.It is worthy of clinical application in the treatment of neck abscess.
