冬病夏治穴位敷贴法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的效果及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨冬病夏治穴位敷贴法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选择2016年6月至2017年8月收治的过敏性鼻炎患儿58例进行研究,随机数字表法分组,对照组29例患儿采用常规抗过敏药物治疗,观察组29例在对照组基础上加用冬病夏治穴位敷贴法,对两组治疗效果及免疫功能进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.55%,明显高于对照组75.86%(P < 0.05);治疗前,两组CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后上述指标均较对照组高(P < 0.05)。结论冬病夏治穴位敷贴法治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎效果满意,可提高免疫功能,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application method for treating children with allergic rhinitis and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 58 children with allergic rhinitis admitted from June 2016 to August 2017 were selected for the study and grouped by random number table.The 29 children in the control group were treated with conventional anti-allergic drugs,and the 29 children in the observation group were treated with acupoint application method for winter disease and summer treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.55%,which was significantly higher than 75.86%in the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The acupoint application method of winter disease and summer treatment is satisfactory in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children,which can improve immune function and is worthy of promotion.
