湿润烧伤膏棉片贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探寻一种治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的有效贴补材料和简便方法,观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)棉片贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔的临床疗效。方法治疗组83例(83耳)行湿润烧伤膏棉片贴补,对照组76例(76耳)行红霉素眼膏棉片贴补,比较两组治疗效果(愈合率、平均愈合时间、感染率)。结果治疗组愈合率97.6%(81/83),对照组愈合率88.1%(67/76),二者差异有统计学意义(x^2=5.481,P<0.05);治疗组平均愈合时间11.1d,对照组平均愈合时间13.6d,二者差异有统计学意义(t=-2.881,P<0.05,);治疗组感染率3.6%(3/83);对照组感染率2.6%(2/76),二者差异无统计学意义(x^2=0.126,P>0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏棉片贴补治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔,可以有效地提高穿孔愈合率,缩短愈合时间,降低感染率,愈合后鼓膜形态自然。再者取材方便,成本低,操作简单,愈合率高,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore an effective patch material and a simple method for the treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation.To observe the clinical effect of MEBO cotton patch on traumatic perforation of eardrum.Methods In the treatment group,83 cases(83 ears)received meBO cotton patch,In the control group,76 cases(76 ears)were treated with erythromycin eye ointment and cotton patch.Treatment effects(healing rate,average healing time,infection rate)were compared between the two groups.Results The healing rate was 97.6%(81/83)in the treatment group and 88.1%(67/76)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.481,P<0.05).The average healing time of the treatment group was 11.1d,while that of the control group was 13.6d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.881,P<0.05,).Infection rate in the treatment group was 3.6%(3/83);The infection rate in the control group was 2.6%(2/76),and the difference was not statistically significant(x2=0.126,P>0.05).Conclusions MeBO cotton patch in the treatment of traumatic perforation of tympanum can effectively improve the healing rate,shorten the healing time,reduce the infection rate,and heal the tympanum naturally.Moreover,it has the advantages of convenient sampling,low cost,simple operation,high healing rate and certain clinical application value.
