摘　　要：目的探究过敏性鼻炎患者采用玉屏风散联合左西替利嗪治疗效果及对症状改善情况的影响。方法选择2018年8月~2019年11月本院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者70例作为研究对象,以交替分组法将70例患者分为对照组、观察组,各35例。对照组采用左西替利嗪治疗,观察组采用玉屏风散联合左西替利嗪治疗,对比两组临床症状改善时间、治疗有效率。结果临床症状改善时间与对照组相比,观察组较短,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;治疗有效率与对照组相比,观察组较高,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在左西替利嗪治疗过敏性鼻炎时,联合玉屏风散,既能改善临床症状,又能提高临床疗效,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of Yupingfeng powder combined with levocetirizine in patients with allergic rhinitis and its influence on the improvement of symptoms.Methods Seventy patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.The 70 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases each.The control group was treated with levocetirizine,and the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng powder combined with levocetirizine.The clinical symptoms improvement time and treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical symptom improvement time was shorter in the observation group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant;compared with the control group,the observation group was higher,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion In the treatment of allergic rhinitis with levocetirizine,the combination of Yupingfeng powder can not only improve the clinical symptoms,but also improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical reference.
