清开灵滴丸治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究清开灵滴丸运用在慢性咽炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月~2020年6月在我院耳鼻咽喉科就诊的98例慢性咽炎患者,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(纳入49例,行常规治疗)、观察组(纳入49例,加用清开灵滴丸),对两组的综合疗效进行对比。结果治疗3个疗程后,观察组综合疗效为93.88%,高于对照组(79.59%)(P<0.05)。结论为慢性咽炎患者进行清开灵滴丸治疗,能够增强疗效,尽快改善咽部不适感、异物感等症状,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Qingkailing Dropping Pills in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods A selection of 98 patients with chronic pharyngitis who were treated in the Department of Otolaryngology in our hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were divided into a control group(49 cases were included in the routine treatment)and an observation group(49 cases were included in the random number table).For example,add Qingkailing Dropping Pills),the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After 3 courses of treatment,the comprehensive curative effect of the observation group was 93.88%,which was higher than that of the control group(79.59%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of Qingkailing dripping pills for patients with chronic pharyngitis can enhance the efficacy and improve symptoms such as pharyngeal discomfort and foreign body sensation as soon as possible.It is worth promoting.
