摘 要:基于VC++开发出适用于车铣复合机床的后置处理器,通过对前置刀轨文件进行后置处理,快速获取加工所需NC程序;通过VERICUT仿真平台构建车铣复合机床的虚拟仿真系统,采用仿真加工预判加工中可能存在的干涉、碰撞等加工问题,进而实现对NC程序的正确性检验。结果表明:通过该方法能快速实现复杂零件NC程序的获取及正确性检验,提高车铣复合机床的使用效率,同时保障机床的使用安全。The post-processor suitable for turning and milling compound machine tools is developed based on VC++in this paper,and the NC programs needed for processing are obtained quickly through post-processing of pre-tool rail files.The virtual simulation system of the turning and milling compound machine tool is built through the VERICUT simulation platform.The possible interference,collision and other machining problems in the processing are predicted by using simulation machine.It realizes the correctness check of NC program.The results show that the NC program of complex parts can be obtained and the correctness can be checked quickly by this method,and the efficiency of the lathe and mill compound machine can be improved,and the safety of the machine can be guaranteed.
