利心丸中丹皮酚的含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的:建立利心丸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定利心丸中丹皮酚的含量。采用Diamonsil C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(45∶55)作为流动相,流速0.8 mL·min^-1,柱温35℃,检验波长为274 nm。结果:丹皮酚在0.020~0.503μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=1.0000);平均回收率为102.4%,RSD为1.1%。2个厂家8批次利心丸中丹皮酚含量为0.849~0.876 mg·g^-1。结论:经方法学验证,本法可作为利心丸中牡丹皮的质量控制。Objective:To establish method of determination of Lixin pills.Methods:To determine the content of paeonol in Lixin pills by HPLC.The Diamonsil C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water(45∶55)at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1 and temperature of 35℃and detection wavelength of 274 nm.Results:The linear range of paeonol was 0.020-0.503μg(r=1.0000).The average recovery was 102.4%with RSD 1.1%(n=6).The content of two factories paeonolin 8 samples were 0.849-0.876 mg·g^-1.Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of Moutan Cortexl in Lixin pills.
