摘 要:目的:提高苦丁香的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对苦丁香的主要成分进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定苦丁香中主要成分葫芦素B的含量并建立特征图谱。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强;葫芦素B在0.051~4.108μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为95.8%,RSD为0.9%(n=9);确定了包括葫芦素B在内的4个特征峰。结论:本方法操作简便,专属性强,重复性好,可作为苦丁香的质量标准的提高内容。Objective:Improve the standard of Pedicellus melo.Methods:The main components of Pedicellus melo were identified qualitatively by TLC method,The content of cucurbitin B in Pedicellus melo was determined by HPLC and a specific chromatogram was established.Results:The TLC spots developed were fairly clear and specific;The linear of cucurbitacin B fell into 0.051-4.108μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 95.8%,with RSD as 0.9%(n=6).Four characteristic peaks including cucurbitin B were identified.Conclusion:This method is easy to operate with strong specificity and good repeatability,and can be used to improve the standard of Pedicellus melo.
