摘 要:介绍了业务需求驱动下PIDAS系统的开发过程,系统的架构、功能、特点和初步应用情况,为基于四级计算机控制系统制造业从自动化、信息化向数字化、网络化、智能化转型提供一个实际的案例。系统由信息和通信技术(ICT)与业务技术长期融合的技术团队自主开发;首先突破跨层级多频度异构数据的采集、处理和存储技术,以及基于业务价值取向的数据可视化技术,在单工序上实现应用;然后突破跨工序的跨层级多频度异构数据协同采集、处理和存储技术,以及业务知识化建模与持久化技术,把应用拓展到一条产线;最后突破工厂级数据中心软硬件平台架构技术,初步探索了多系统动态协同智能控制技术,构建了工厂级数据中心并初步实现了智能应用。The developing history of PIDAS(Process Intelligent Data Application System)with the driving force from production operation is introduced,along with the configuration,functions,feature and preliminary application of the system.It is shown that the PIDAS can be taken as a typical example/model/instance of the transforming practice from automation and information phase to digitization,network and intellectualization of a manufacturing factory.The system is developed by a Baosteel research team with members specializing in information and communication technology(ICT)or in material and metallurgy and working together in the same team for more than ten years,and was firstly applied in the cooling process after rolling with the technical break through in the integration acquisition/ingest/capture,processing and storage of cross-level and nonstructural multifrequency data and the production operation oriented description visualization.The second landmark of the system development was made on the application on the rolling line with processes from reheating to hot leveling,as the technologies of cross-process data management and the knowledge-extract modeling and duration were fulfilled.Based on the technical accumulation mentioned above and the development of both hardware and software configuration of a plant-level of data center,the application of the system has been made to the whole plate mill plant and trans-platform dynamic coordinating intellectual control technologies are primarily explored.
