摘 要:计算机信息和通信技术的发展极大丰富了工业过程的数字化路径,促进了流程工业的数字化和数据应用探索。围绕宝钢股份厚板5 m产线PIDAS系统的构建及应用,讨论了轧制工序的数据归一和同步原则,展示了数据系统架构的成果。介绍了大数据分析方法与质量控制、工艺技术改进、设备应用的结合案例,印证了大数据技术对轧制理论与实际结合和过程质量控制有强大的辅助作用,展示了PIDAS数据系统在轧制工序应用的效果。With the development of information and communications technology,referred to as ICT technology,the digital path of industrial processes has been greatly enriched.In particular,the development of big data and cloud computing technology provides solutions for digitization and data application in the process manufacturing.This article combines the construction and application of PIDAS system for Baosteel 5 m Heavy Plate Production Line,discusses the principle of data normalization and synchronization of the rolling process in the rolling mill,shows the remarkable achievements of the system architecture.The article introduces application cases related to the big data analysis application in quality controlling,process improving and equipment application,provides that big data technology has huge and positive effects on the combination between rolling theory and producing and process quality control,shows the application effects of PIDAS system in rolling process.
