摘  要:通过实验室冶炼、锻造和组织性能检测,研究了氮含量对含钛中碳非调质钢热锻前后金相组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:含钛非调质钢的晶粒随着氮含量的增加逐渐细化,铁素体含量逐步增多;热锻之后,低氮含量非调质钢的晶粒发生了异常长大,冲击性能大幅度降低,而较高氮含量非调质钢的晶粒略粗于锻前,抗拉强度和屈服强度提升且冲击韧性无明显降低。通过添加0.010%~0.015%的氮,热锻用含钛非调质钢具有良好的强韧性匹配。Microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-bearing medium carbon non-quenched and tempered steel with different nitrogen content before and after hot forging were investigated by means of smelting,forging and testing in laboratory.The results show that the grain size of non-quenched and tempered steel is gradually refined and the ferrite content is gradually increased with the increasing of nitrogen content.The grain size of the material with low nitrogen content grows abnormally and its impact properties is greatly reduced after hot forging.And the grain size of non-quenched and tempered steel with higher nitrogen content is slightly larger than that before forging,the tensile strength and yield strength are increased,but the impact toughness is not significantly reduced.The Ti-bearing non-quenched and tempered steel has a good matching of better strength and toughness after hot forging by adding 0.010%-0.015%nitrogen.
