摘　　要：首先介绍了某冷轧厂CM02机组2#张力辊1#辊电气传动系统的组成与控制方式,1#辊由前、后两台直流电动机同轴联结并通过齿轮箱驱动机械负载,前、后两台电动机采用主从控制方式。在对前电动机进行离线保养后,2#张力辊组运行过程中出现异常噪音。重点介绍了张力辊异常噪音的故障处理过程,并对故障原因进行详细分析,最后,对如何避免类似故障,以及如何快速定位故障点提出几点建议,对于类似故障的处理具有一定的指导意义。This paper first introduces the composition and control method of the electric drive system of the No.2 tension rollers No.1 roller in CM02 unit of a cold rolling mill.The front and rear two DC motors of No.1 roller are coaxial connected,and drives mechanical load by gear-box.After offline maintenance of the front motor,abnormal noise occurs during the operation of No.1 tension roll group.Then mainly introduces the trouble shooting process of noise of No.1 tension roller,and analyzes the cause of the failure in detail.At last,gives some suggestions on how to avoid similar faults and how to locate fault points quickly.It has a certain guiding significance for the treatment of similar faults.
