摘 要:以某电厂660 MW超超临界垂直水冷壁锅炉为研究对象,采用现场试验的方法,分析了不同运行工况下垂直水冷壁的壁温分布特性,考察了水煤比、过热度、主汽压力等关键运行参数对水冷壁壁温波动的影响,指出水冷壁壁温分布不均而产生的应力是导致水冷壁拉裂与变形的主要原因,水冷壁壁温长期持续波动是导致水冷壁疲劳产生横向裂纹而断裂的主要原因。Taking a 660 MW ultra supercritical vertical water-wall boiler as the research object,the field tests were conducted to investigate the characteristics of wall temperature distribution under different operation conditions,and the influences of key operating parameters such as water-coal ratio,superheat degree,main steam pressure,etc.,on the water-wall temperature fluctuation were analyzed.It is found that the stress caused by uneven wall temperature distribution is the main cause of water-wall cracking and deformation.The water wall temperature fluctuates continuously for a long time,which give rise to the presence of transverse crack and breakage.
