摘  要:以某台600 MW超临界机组锅炉为研究对象,分析了造成前屏过热器吸热偏差的根本原因,并研究了SOFA风水平摆角、磨煤机组合方式和煤种等因素对前屏过热器吸热和燃烧偏差的影响特性。优化调整后,600 MW、450 MW和300 MW 3个负荷下,前屏过热器出口两侧汽温偏差值由调整前的17.4℃、33.9℃和21.3℃降低至10.2℃、7.6℃和3.5℃;同时,省煤器出口截面氧量偏差值由调整前的0.87%、1.44%和0.26%减小至0.08%、0.38%和0.21%,优化效果显著。该研究成果将应用于指导锅炉运行优化调整。In this paper,a 600 MW supercritical unit boiler is taken as the research object.The root cause of heat absorption deviation of front platen superheater is analyzed,and the effects of SOFA horizontal swing angle,mill combination mode and coal type on heat absorption deviation of front platen superheater and combustion are studied.After optimization and adjustment,the steam temperature deviation at the outlet of the front platen superheater decreases from 17.4℃,33.9℃and 21.3℃to 10.2℃,7.6℃and 3.5℃at 600 MW,450 MW and 300 MW.At the same time,the oxygen deviation at the outlet of the economizer decreases from 0.87%,1.44%and 0.26%to 0.08%,0.38%and 0.21%,so the optimization is remarkable.The research results will be applied to guide the optimization of boiler operation.
