甲状腺侧叶切除术治疗孤立性甲状腺结节的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺侧叶切除术治疗孤立性甲状腺结节临床疗效。方法2016年2月至2018年8月于辽宁省抚顺石化总医院接受治疗的100例孤立性甲状腺结节患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为甲状腺侧叶切除手术治疗组(n=50)和传统切除手术治疗组(n=50)。甲状腺侧叶切除手术治疗组患者实施甲状腺侧叶切除手术治疗,传统切除手术治疗组实施传统切除手术。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者在情感职能方面的生存质量、躯体健康状况水平以及社会适应性水平比较,P>0.05;治疗后甲状腺侧叶切除手术治疗组患者在情感职能方面的生存质量、躯体健康状况水平以及社会适应性水平优于传统切除手术治疗组,P<0.05。甲状腺侧叶切除手术治疗组手术全程失血水平等指标优于传统切除手术治疗组,P<0.05,甲状腺侧叶切除手术治疗组并发症低于传统切除手术治疗组,P<0.05。结论孤立性甲状腺结节患者实施甲状腺侧叶切除术效果确切。Objective To investigate the clinical eff ect of lateral lobectomy of thyroid in the treatment of solitary thyroid nodules.Methods One hundred patients with isolated thyroid nodules from February 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The traditional surgical resection group was treated with traditional surgical procedures,while the thyroidectomy group was treated with lateral lobectomy.Compare the results.Result Before treatment,the related quality of life evaluation indexes of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;after treatment,the related quality of life evaluation indexes of the thyroidectomy group were better than those of the traditional surgical resection group,P<0.05.The total amount of bleeding during operation in the thyroidectomy group was better than that in the traditional surgical resection group(P<0.05),and the complications in the treatment group were lower than those in the traditional operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Side lobectomy is eff ective in patients with isolated thyroid nodules.
