阿奇霉素联合丙种球蛋白治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究阿奇霉素联合丙种球蛋白治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎(RMPP)的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月在我院进行治疗的70例难治性支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方式进行分组治疗,对照组患儿单纯予以阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上加以丙种球蛋白治疗,观察两组患儿咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、肺部啰音消失时间以及肺部影像学改善时间,对比治疗效果。结果观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、肺部啰音消失时间以及肺部影像学改善时间均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率94.29%显著高于对照组74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对难治性支原体肺炎患儿,临床采用阿奇霉素联合丙种球蛋白治疗效果显著,能够有效改善患儿临床症状,加快其康复速度。Objective To explore the clinical effi cacy of azithromycin combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumonia(RMPP)in children.Methods Seventy children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into groups according to diff erent treatment methods.The control group was treated with azithromycin alone,and the observation group was treated with gamma globulin on the basis of this.The cough disappearance time,body temperature recovery time,lung rale disappearance time and lung imaging improvement time of the two groups were observed,and the therapeutic eff ects were compared.Results The cough disappearance time,body temperature recovery time,lung rale disappearance time and lung imaging improvement time in the observation group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total eff ective rate in the observation group was 94.29%,which was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(74.29%,P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with gamma globulin is eff ective in treating children with refractory mycoplasma pneumonia,which can eff ectively improve their clinical symptoms and speed up their recovery.
