中西医结合疗法治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎应用中西医结合疗法的临床效果。方法选取2016年11月至2018年10月我院诊治的110例小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的患儿作为本次研究的对象,按照随机分配的方式将患儿分为两个治疗组,每组55例患儿。在其他基础条件相同的情况下,给予对照组患儿单纯的西医治疗方法,给予观察组患儿中西医结合的治疗方法,将两组急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿的临床治疗效果进行对比。结果对照组患儿的治疗有效率为78.18%,观察组患儿的治疗有效率为94.54%,两组患儿的治疗有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施中西医结合疗法治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床效果十分理想,能够有效地控制患儿病情,较快地减轻症状,缩短疗程。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods The 110 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis in children diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the objects of this study.The children were divided into two treatment groups according to a random allocation method,each with 55 cases of children.Under the same basic conditions,the children in the control group were given a simple Western medicine treatment method,and the children in the observation group were given a combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment.The clinical treatment eff ects of the two groups of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were compared.Result The treatment eff ective rate of children in the control group was 78.18%,and the treatment eff ective rate of children in the observation group was 94.54%.There was a statistically signifi cant diff erence in the treatment eff ective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical eff ect of the implementation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis is very ideal,which can eff ectively control the children's condition,reduce symptoms quickly,and shorten the course of treatment.
