经皮内镜下胃造口术后护理要点探究

摘　　要：目的研究经皮内镜下胃造口术后护理要点。方法选取我院2016年11月至2017年11月就诊的50例行经皮内镜下胃造口术患者,采用回顾性分析方法对行经皮内镜下胃造口术患者的术后护理要点进行分析。结果分析50例患者的术后护理效果发现,行经皮内镜下胃造口术以后,采取科学合理的护理措施,可明显提高手术成功率。结论经皮内镜下胃造口术后护理要点集中表现在管饲、饮食、皮肤、造瘘管方面,必须要高度重视术后护理工作重要性,才能够不断优化临床治疗成功率,改善患者临床症状。Objective To study the main points of nursing care after gastrostomy under percutaneous endoscopy.Methods Select 50 patients who underwent percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017,and adopt retrospective analysis method to carry out the postoperative nursing points of patients who underwent percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy analysis.Result Analyzing the postoperative nursing eff ect of 50 patients found that after percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy,scientifi c and reasonable nursing measures can signifi cantly increase the success rate of the operation.Conclusion The main points of care after percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy are concentrated in the aspects of tube feeding,diet,skin,and ostomy tube.The importance of postoperative care must be paid great attention to in order to continuously optimize the success rate of clinical treatment and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
