循证护理在神经外科重症患者气管切开术后呼吸道护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在神经外科重症患者气管切开术后呼吸道护理中的应用效果。方法阜新市第二人民医院神经外科于2018年1月至2019年1月收治的106例重症患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=53,采用常规护理)和观察组(n=53,在常规护理基础上采用循证护理干预)。观察两组的护理效果,明确循证护理干预模式的临床应用价值。结果护理后,观察组患者的动脉氧分压(PaO2)、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、碱剩余(BE)水平、并发症发生率、护理质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科重症患者在行气管切开术后,对呼吸道护理时采用循证护理干预模式,可显著提升护理效果,改善患者的临床症状。Objective To investigate the eff ect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of the respiratory tract of critically ill patients in neurosurgery after tracheotomy.Methods A total of 106 critically ill patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of Fuxin Second People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were the subjects of the study.They were divided into a control group(n=53,using routine care)and observation group(n=53,using evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing)using a random number table method.The nursing eff ect of the two groups and clarify the clinical application value of evidence-based nursing intervention mode were observed.Results After nursing,the observation group's arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2),alkali surplus(BE)level,complication rate,and nursing quality score were better than those of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion After tracheotomy for critically ill patients in neurosurgery,the use of evidence-based nursing intervention mode for respiratory tract care can signifi cantly improve the nursing eff ect and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
