给予不稳定型心绞痛患者优质护理干预的效果评估

摘　　要：目的探讨给予不稳定型心绞痛患者优质护理干预的临床效果。方法选取医院2017年6月至2018年5月诊治的不稳定型心绞痛患者中的104例为研究对象,根据护理模式不同,将采取常规护理干预者设为对照组(n=52),将采取优质护理干预者设为研究组(n=52),比较两组患者的不稳定型心绞痛整体疗效、主观护理体验差异。结果①研究组患者的不稳定型心绞痛整体治疗有效率(96.15%)高于对照组(84.62%)(χ^2=3.983,P=0.046);②研究组患者主观护理体验优良率(100.00%)高于对照组(86.54%)(χ^2=5.514,P=0.019)。结论给予不稳定型心绞痛患者优质护理干预的临床效果确切,不但能辅助治疗,还可改善患者主观护理体验。Objective To explore the clinical effect of quality nursing intervention for patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 104 patients with unstable angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in the hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the diff erent nursing models,the conventional nursing interventions were set as the control group(n=52),and high-quality nursing interventionists were set as the study group(n=52),and the overall effi cacy and subjective nursing experience diff erences of patients with unstable angina were compared between the two groups.Result(1)The overall eff ective rate of unstable angina pectoris in the study group(96.15%)was higher than that in the control group(84.62%)(χ^2=3.983,P=0.046);(2)the excellent rate of subjective nursing experience in the study group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(86.54%)(χ^2=5.514,P=0.019).Conclusion The clinical eff ect of high quality nursing intervention for patients with unstable angina pectoris is exact.It can not only assist the treatment,but also improve the subjective nursing experience of patients.
