摘　　要：目的探究系统护理干预对高血压患者血压控制效果和生活质量的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2019年10月于辽宁省精神卫生中心接受治疗的180例高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法将其分为对照组(n=90,实施常规护理)和观察组(n=90,在常规护理基础上实施系统护理干预)。比较两组患者的生活质量、干预前后收缩压和舒张压水平。结果护理后,观察组收缩压水平、舒张压水平、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压患者实施系统护理干预可有效控制患者的血压水平,并提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the eff ect of systematic nursing intervention on blood pressure control and quality of life in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of patients with hypertension who were treated at the Liaoning Mental Health Center from January 2019 to October 2019 were selecte d as the research objects,and according to the randomization method,they were divided into a control group(n=90,routine care)and an observation group(n=90,implement systematic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing).The quality of life,systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group's systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and quality of life scores were better than those of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of systematic nursing intervention for patients with hypertension can eff ectively control their blood pressure and improve their quality of life.
