循证护理用于白内障患者围手术期的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理用于白内障患者围手术期的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2019年12月我院收治的400例接受手术治疗的白内障患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组(n=200)和对照组(n=200),所有患者均采用白内障超声乳化摘除术治疗,围手术期观察组患者采用循证护理干预,而对照组患者采用常规护理干预,对比两组患者的并发症发生率。结果与对照组的并发症发发生率(15%)相比较,观察组的并发症发生率为5%,明显降低(P<0.05);经过评价,观察组患者的护理质量评分为(88.34±3.45)分,高于对照组的(73.98±2.13)分,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障患者围手术期采用循证护理干预具有很好的效果,可以降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the eff ect of evidence-based nursing in perioperative period of cataract patients.Methods Selected 400 patients who underwent surgical treatment of cataract patients in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 as the research object.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=200)and the control group(n=200),all patients were adopt cataract ultrasonic emulsifi cation extraction.Perioperative of patients in observation group were treated by evidence-based nursing intervention,and the patients of control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,compared complications of patients between the two groups.Results The complication rate of patients in the observation group(5%)was lower than the control group(15%)(P<0.05).After evaluation,the nursing quality score of the patients in observation group was(88.34±3.45)points,higher than that of the control group(73.98±2.13)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative evidence-based nursing intervention in cataract patients has a good eff ect,can reduce the incidence of complications,and is worthy of promotion.
