摘  要:为考察不同林分对仿野生栽培铁皮石斛适生性的影响,采用气相色谱法测定不同林分处理下、大棚栽种和组培石斛干燥茎中的石斛碱含量,采用2015年版中国药典的方法测定石斛干燥茎中的多糖含量,并测定不同林分处理下铁皮石斛的生长发育指标,由此判断不同树种和铁皮石斛仿野生栽培生长状况是否存在相关关系,从而筛选出该立地条件下适宜铁皮石斛仿野生栽培的树种。结果表明:铁皮石斛生长表现最好的为无患子林,其次是香樟林。在无患子林下仿野生栽培的铁皮石斛总花数最多(405朵);发芽率最高(35.9%);茎长度(11.1 cm)和胸径(5.4 mm)紧次于香樟林中铁皮石斛的茎长度(11.5 cm)和胸径(5.7 mm);每100 g多糖含量(36.3 g)和石斛碱含量(0.077%)最高。In this study,the content of dendrobine in the dried stems of different forests,greenhouses and tissue culture was determined by gas chromatography.The polysaccharide content in the dried stems of Dendrobium candidum was determined by the 2015 Chinese Pharmacopoeia method.At the same time,the growth and development indexes of Dendrobium candidum under different forest stands were determined.Through the growth and development index,the content of dendrobine and the content of polysaccharides,it was judged whether there was a correlation between the growth of different tree species and Dendrobium candidum,and the suitable species of Dendrobium candidum were cultivated under the site conditions.The results showed that the best growth performance of Dendrobium candidum was Sapindus forest,followed by Camphor tree.The total number of flowers in the wild-cultivated Dendrobium candidum was the highest(405);the germination rate was the highest(35.9%);the stem length(11.1 cm)and the breast diameter(5.4 mm)were inferior to the Dendrobium candidum in the camphor forest.Stem length(11.5 cm)and DBH(5.7 mm);polysaccharide content every 100 g(36.3 g)and dendrobine content(0.077%)were the highest.
