探讨西地兰联合倍他乐克治疗心房颤动合并急性左心衰的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨西地兰联合倍他乐克治疗心房颤动合并急性左心衰的临床疗效。方法研究时段:2018年4月~2020年3月;研究对象:我院收治的心房颤动合并急性左心衰患者31例,对西地兰与倍他乐克片剂治疗效果展开回顾性分析。结果较治疗前,治疗后24h、5d患者心室率逐渐降低(P<0.05)。同时,心功能改善较治疗前变化明显(P<0.05)。结论较单一治疗,联合用药治疗心房颤动合并急性左心衰效果显著,缓解心室率,保护心脏、增强心机收缩力,治疗效果理想,建议作为该类疾病首选用药方案。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of a combination of cedrane and betaloc in the treatment of atrial fibrillation with acute left heart failure.Methods Research period:April 2018-March 2020;research subjects:31 patients with atrial fibrillation and acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital,and the retrospective review of the therapeutic effect of cildilan and betaloc tablets analysis.Results Compared with before treatment,the ventricular rate of patients decreased gradually at 24h and 5d after treatment(P<0.05).At the same time,the improvement of cardiac function was more obvious than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with monotherapy,combined treatment of atrial fibrillation combined with acute left heart failure has significant effects,relieves ventricular rate,protects the heart,and enhances the contractility of the heart machine.The treatment effect is ideal.It is recommended as the first choice of medication for this type of disease.
