摘　　要：目的探究胃镜活检在上皮内瘤变中所展现出来的临床病理诊断价值。方法2018.1-2019.12收治54例经胃镜活检被诊断为上皮内瘤变患者,术前给予患者胃镜活检病理诊断方法,术后给予患者粘膜剥除和根治手术诊断方法,观察胃镜活检病理诊断及粘膜剥除和根治手术诊断方法下,确诊、漏诊、误诊、诊断准确率。结果诊断准确率对比胃镜活检病理诊断方法低于粘膜剥除和根治手术诊断方法,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在上皮内瘤变患者诊断中,胃镜活检病理检查方法展现出了较高的临床诊断价值。Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological value of endoscopic biopsy in intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods In 2018.1-2019.12,54 patients with intraepithelial neoplasia were diagnosed by gastroscope biopsy.The pathological diagnosis method of gastroscope biopsy was given before operation,and the diagnosis method of mucosal exfoliation and radical operation was given after operation.Results Diagnostic accuracy compared with endoscopic biopsy pathological diagnosis method is lower than mucosal exfoliation and radical surgery diagnosis method,there is no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of patients with intraepithelial neoplasia,the method of pathological examination of gastroscopy shows high clinical value.
