氨氯地平贝那普利治疗高血压与合并心衰患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析氨氯地平贝那普利治疗高血压病合并心衰病人临床疗效。方法入组本院科室收治的高血压病合并心衰患者共70例,随机分组,对照组的患者给予氨氯地平治疗,观察组给予氨氯地平贝那普利治疗。比较两组收缩压降低至正常、舒张压降低至正常的时间、心功能改善两级的时间、治疗前后患者血压相关监测指标、左心室射血分数、左心收缩末期以及舒张末期测量内径、总有效率、不良反应。结果观察组收缩压降低至正常、舒张压降低至正常的时间、心功能改善两级的时间、治疗后患者血压相关监测指标、左心室射血分数、左心收缩末期以及舒张末期测量内径、总有效率均优于对照组,P<0.05。两组的不良反应比较则不存在明显差异P>0.05。结论氨氯地平贝那普利治疗对于高血压病合并心衰的降压和心功能改善作用更为确切,可短时间起效,合理控制血压和有效改善心功能,安全性高。Objective to analyze the clinical efficacy of amlodipine benazepril in the treatment of hypertensive patients with heart failure.Methods a total of 70 patients with hypertension and heart failure admitted to the department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine benazepril.The time of systolic blood pressure reduction to normal,diastolic blood pressure reduction to normal,cardiac function improvement at both levels,blood pressure-related monitoring indexes before and after treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-systolic and end-diastolic diameter measurement,total effective rate,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results in the observation group,systolic blood pressure was reduced to normal,diastolic blood pressure was reduced to normal,cardiac function was improved at both levels,blood pressure-related monitoring indexes,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-systolic and end-diastolic diameter,and total effective rate were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Amlodipine benazepril treatment for hypertensive patients with heart failure and cardiac function improvement effect is more accurate,can take effect in a short time,reasonable control of blood pressure and effective improvement of cardiac function,high safety.
