醋酸乙烯催化剂的研究进展

摘　　要：目前生产醋酸乙烯主要包括乙烯法与乙炔法两种工艺技术,乙烯法中使用的催化剂为双金属Pd-Zn体系,乙炔法中使用的催化剂为醋酸锌/活性炭。从改性处理载体、添加助催化剂、改变催化剂制备工艺等方面综述了两种工艺催化剂的研究进展。At present,the production technology of vinyl acetate includes the ethylene method and the acetylene method.The catalyst used in the ethylene method is a bimetallic Pd-Zn.The catalyst used in the acetylene method is zinc acetate/activated carbon.This paper reviews the research progress of the two process catalysts in the aspects of modification of carri⁃er,addition of cocatalyst and change of catalyst preparation process.
