摘  要:以St、MMA、BA、AA和HEMA为共聚单体,以SDS和OP-10、T-80、SDS为复合乳化剂,以APS为引发剂,采用预乳化工艺,种子乳液聚合法,合成了软、硬两种聚合物乳液。考查了引发剂用量和聚合温度对聚合物乳液粒径、凝胶率、单体转化率和乳液稳定性的影响;软、硬聚合物乳液的用量比例,耐磨剂纳米氧化锌的添加量对水性上光油涂膜的耐磨性能和光泽度的影响。结果表明:当软、硬聚合物乳液的用量比例为10∶15,纳米氧化锌的用量为0.3 g时,水性上光油涂膜的耐磨性能达到800次,光泽度79%,涂膜具有良好的耐磨性能和光泽度。With styrene(St),methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA),acrylic acid(AA)and hydroxyethyl methacry⁃late(HEMA)as comonomers,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)/nonylphenol ethoxylates(OP-10)and polyoxyethylene dehydrat⁃ed sorbitan monoleate(T-80)/sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)as composite emulsifier,ammonia persulfate(APS)as initiator,two kinds of polymer emulsions were synthesized by pre-emulsification and seed emulsion polymerization.The effects of ini⁃tiator dosage and polymerization temperature on particle size,gel rate,monomer conversion and emulsion stability were stud⁃ied.The influence of the dosage ratio of soft and hard polymer emulsion and the amount of nano zinc oxide wear-resisting agent on the wear-resisting property and glossiness of the coating film.The results show when the dosage ratio of soft and hard polymer emulsion is 10∶15 and the dosage of nano zinc oxide is 0.3 g,the wear-resisting performance of water-based varnishes reaches 800 times and the gloss is 79%.
