摘　　要：综述了覆膜技术的发展历程,免底涂剂的预涂覆膜技术是未来的发展方向。深入研究了免底涂技术的理论原理,并对薄膜配方进行设计,使得薄膜具有无需底涂剂即可实现热熔胶复合的功能。同时,研究了薄膜配方及成型参数对薄膜覆膜粘结强度、厚度均匀性、加工性能的影响。In this paper,the development process of film coating technology is reviewed,and the pre-coating technology of substrate free coating agent is the future development direction.In this paper,the theory and principle of substrate free coating technology are studied deeply,and the design of film formulation is discussed,so that the film has the function of hot-melt adhesive compounding without substrate coating agent.At the same time,the influences of film formulation and forming parameters on the bonding strength,thickness uniformity and machining performance of the film were studied.
