摘　　要：对四咪唑制备过程中羟盐氯化环合工艺进行了改进,不再使用氯化钠,减少硫酸的使用,采用通氯化氢气体的工艺,从而减少无机盐副产物的产生,并实现氯化氢气体的回收循环使用,降低生产成本,同时减少“三废”的排放。Chlorination and cyclization steps of the hydroxysalt in the manufacturing process of tetramisole have been im⁃proved,the new process eliminated use of sodium chloride and reduced using amount of sulfuric acid,introducing of hydro⁃gen chloride gas has been adopted in the manufacturing process,so as to reduce generated amount of inorganic salt by-prod⁃ucts,in addition,recycling of hydrogen chloride gas has been achieved,which can reduce the production cost and also re⁃duce emission of the three wastes.
