摘  要:研究了一种离子色谱法测定PVB树脂中氯离子含量的方法。采用超声过滤的方法对PVB树脂样品进行预处理,使PVB中的氯离子得到充分释放,使测试结果更准确。采用离子色谱法检测PVB水洗样中的氯离子含量,方法相对标准偏差为2.82%,样品的回收率在95%~106.1%之间。方法准确度高,重复性好,简单易行,可满足定量分析要求。A method for the determination of chloride ion content in PVB resin by ion chromatography was studied.In this method,the PVB resin samples were pretreated by ultrasonic combined with filtration,so that the chloride ion in PVB was fully released and the test results were more accurate.The relative standard deviation of the method was 2.82%,and the re⁃covery rate of the sample was 95%~106.1%.It showed that the method had high accuracy,good repeatability and simple operation.The method could meet the requirements of quantitative analysis.
