摘  要:装配式灌溉渠道砂浆的强度和抗渗性对装配式灌溉渠道农田水利建筑的质量和耐久性存在显著影响。文章设计了添加硅粉和高岭土的装配式渠道用砂浆,采用多因素正交试验的方法,对砂浆配合比展开优化试验研究,得到砂浆的最佳配合比为灰砂比1∶4、硅粉掺量9%、偏高岭土掺量3%;试验验证结果显示砂浆的强度等级可以达到M25等级,抗渗等级可以达到P10等级,完全满足试验设计要求。The strength and impermeability of mortar used in prefabricated channel have a significant impact on the quality and durability of prefabricated farmland water conservancy buildings.In this paper,the mortar with silica powder and kaolin is designed.By using the method of multi factor orthogonal test,the optimal mix proportion of mortar is studied.It is considered that the best mix proportion of mortar is 1∶4 of lime sand ratio,9%of silica powder content,and 3%of high territory content.The test results show that the strength grade of mortar can reach M25,and the impermeability grade can reach P10,Fully meet the test design requirements.
