摘　　要：2020年3月以来国际油价连连暴跌,其中既有新冠肺炎疫情全球大流行带来原油需求下降的原因,也有维也纳联盟谈判未果甚至出现逆市增产的原因,更有沙特发起价格战严重打击市场信心的原因。当前的国际低油价对全球经济增长和国际金融市场都有着显著的影响,虽然有利于中国宏观经济企稳,但也会对相关行业带来不利影响。应采取加快企业复工复产以减轻疫情负面影响、注意防范通货紧缩风险保持经济增长的稳定性、坚定开放金融市场完善衍生品市场、扩大中国石油战略储备规模等措施,真正让国际低油价成为推动中国经济增长的助力。International oil prices have plummeted successively since March 2020.The reasons for this include the decline in demand for crude oil caused by the global pandemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19),the failure of the Vienna alliance negotiations or even the increase in production against the market,moreover,the price war launched by Saudi Arabia,which seriously damaged market confidence.The current international low oil price has a significant impact on global economic growth and international financial markets.Although it is conducive to the stabilization of China's macro economy,it will also have adverse effects on related industries.We should take measures to reduce the negative impact of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)by speeding up the resumption of work and production of enterprises,pay attention to prevent deflation risks,maintain the stability of economic growth,firmly open the financial market to improve the derivatives market,and expand the scale of China's strategic petroleum reserve,so as to truly make international low oil price become the driving force for China's economic growth.
