2015-2018年江西早籼稻、晚籼稻平均成本收益变化分析--与全国及周边省份比较

摘　　要：基于2015—2018年《全国农产品成本收益资料汇编》,对比分析了江西省与全国及周边省份早籼稻、晚籼稻平均成本收益变化情况。研究结果表明,与全国及周边省份相比,江西省早籼稻、晚籼稻成本具有一定的比较优势,净利润及成本利润率指标也好于全国及周边省份,但纵向比较,江西早籼稻和晚籼稻生产成本呈上升趋势,主要原因在于物质与服务费用及人工成本增长了。基于研究结论,提出了加强农业基础设施建设,加强高标准农田建设,加强农业生产科技创新、切实降低粮食生产成本,加强农产品深加工、创建高质量农产品品牌等对策建议。Based on the Compilation of National Agricultural Product Cost Benefit Datafrom2015 to 2018,this paper compared and analyzed the changes in the average cost benefit of early indica rice and late indica rice in Jiangxi and the whole country and surrounding provinces.The results show that compared with the whole country and surrounding provinces,the cost of early indica rice and late indica rice in Jiangxi has certain comparative advantages,and the net profit and cost benefit ratio indicators are also better than those of the whole country and surrounding provinces.However,the production costs of early indica rice and late indica rice in Jiangxi show an upward trend in vertical comparison,mainly due to the increase in material and service costs and labor costs.Based on the research conclusion,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening the construction of agricultural infrastructure and high standard farmland,enhancing the innovation of agricultural production technology,effectively reducing the cost of grain production,reinforcing the deep processing of agricultural products,and creating high-quality brand of agricultural products.
