摘  要:文章主要介绍了用纯碳纤维长丝束制作股线的方法以及将玻璃纤维与碳纤长丝混合后制成特种纱线的工艺方法。前者可使股线中内外纤维的应力接近,纤维的强度利用率较其他加捻工艺大幅提升,增大了碳纤维长丝股线的弹性,同时股线中纤维并没有抱合很紧,所得股线后期能满足树脂浸透的要求, 后者可通过单独调节纱线中碳纤维的含量来改变玻纤/碳纤维混合纱线的合成强力分布,且大幅改善了玻璃纤维的抗疲劳性能。除此之外,还研究了特种加捻技术在芳纶和聚四氟乙烯纤维混并上的应用。The paper introduces the method of making compound yarn with pure carbon fiber filament bundles and the process method of blending glass fiber and carbon fiber filaments to produce specialty yarns.The former method can achieve almost similar stress between the inner and outer fibers in the compound yarn,the strength utilization rate of the fiber is greatly improved compared with other twisting processes,and the elasticity of the carbon fiber filament compound yarn is increased.Meanwhile,the fibers in the compound yarn are not tightly entangled,which can meet the requirements of resin penetration in the later process.The latter method can change the synthetic strength distribution of glass fiber/carbon fiber blended yarn by separately adjusting the content of carbon fiber,and greatly improve the fatigue resistance of glass fiber.In addition,the application of specialty twisting technology in the blending of aramid fiber and PTFE fiber is also studied in the pa per.
