抗菌防水阻燃复合功能汽车顶棚面料的开发

摘　　要：采用抗菌剂KD-2015、抗菌剂KD-9400、防水剂SFA、阻燃剂HHS对顶棚针织面料进行复合功能整理,分析抗菌剂种类、防水剂和阻燃剂用量、定形温度等工艺参数对产品性能的影响。结果表明:采用3%抗菌剂KD-2015、2%防水剂SFA、1∶6配比阻燃剂HHS配制的复合功能整理液,进行阻燃抗菌防水同浴一步法整理,160℃定形1 min,面料具有良好的抗菌、阻燃和防水性能,可以满足汽车顶棚面料的成形加工需求。Antibacterial agent KD-2015,antibacterial agent KD-9400,water-proofing agent SFA,flame retardant HHS were used for the composite functional finishing of the knitted ceiling fabric.The influences of process parameters,such as the type of antibacterial agents,the amount of waterproof agent and flame retardant,and the setting temperature,on the properties of the product were analyzed.Results indicated that:use 3%antibacterial agent KD-2015,2%water repellent SFA,1:6 flame retardant HHS to prepare a composite functional finishing solution,and then have a direct one-bath process.The fabric is set at 160℃for 1 min.The fabric has good antibacterial,flame-retardant and waterproof properties,which can meet the needs of forming and processing of automotive ceiling fabric.
