摘 要:文中提出了一种基于RC支路主动补偿的新型直流断路器拓扑方案,依据真空开关的起弧判据及可靠灭弧条件,通过投入一个预充电的RC辅助支路为真空开关所在支路提供一个瞬时很大的反向补偿电流,使真空开关中的电弧可靠熄灭.所投入的RC支路在经过一个反向充电过程后其电流降为零,实现自然分断.文中首先详细介绍了该拓扑的拓扑结构组成以及工作原理,并给出了RC支路参数的设计方案.之后,利用Matlab/Simulink对所提直流断路器拓扑结构进行建模并且搭建Mayr电弧模型.最后在一个单端中压直流系统下进行仿真,验证了该拓扑结构的可行性和参数设计方案的正确性.This paper proposes a topology scheme of a new type of DC circuit breaker based on RC branch active compensation,according to the arc starting criterion and reliable arc extinguishing condition of vacuum switch,a pre-charged RC auxiliary branch is put in to provide an instantaneous large reverse compensation current for the branch where the vacuum switch is located,so that the arc in vacuum switch can be extinguished reliably.After a reverse charging process,the current of the invested RC branch drops to zero to realize natural breaking.The composition of the topology structure and its working principle are introduced in detail,and the design scheme of RC branch parameters is given.Matlab/Simulink was used to model the proposed DC circuit breaker topology and establish the Mayr arc model.Finally,the feasibility of the topology and the correctness of the parameter design scheme are verified by the simulation of a single terminal medium voltage DC system.
