摘 要:基于DPM离散相模型,文中对波形板分离器内湿蒸汽流动特性进行数值模拟.模拟过程中,采用Realizable k-ε模型作为湍流模型,采用二阶差分格式对控制方程进行离散.根据模拟结果分析了疏水钩对波形板汽水分离器内蒸汽流动及液滴分离特性的影响,揭示了疏水钩结构参数对分离效率的影响规律.研究结果表明,疏水钩会增加分离器的液滴分离效率;增加疏水钩长度能明显提高直径较小液滴的分离效率,但对大液滴不明显,但同时会增加蒸汽在分离器内的流动压降;增加疏水钩宽度也能明显提高直径较小液滴的分离效率,但当蒸汽流速较大时,疏水钩宽度增加到一定程度后,分离效率不随着疏水钩宽度的继续增加而增大.Based on the DPM discrete phase model,the wet steam flow characteristics in the corrugated plate were numerically simulated.In the simulations,the Realizable k-εmodel is used as the turbulence model,and the second-order difference scheme is used to discretize the governing equations.According to the simulation results,the effects of hooked-vane on steam flow and droplet separation characteristics in the corrugated plate were analyzed,and the influence of hook-vane structure parameters on the separation efficiency was revealed.The results show that the hook-vane causes to increase the droplet separation efficiency of the separator.The separation efficiency of small droplets increase with length of hook-vane increase,but it is not obvious for large droplets,and the pressure drop increases of steam in the separator;separation efficiency of small droplets increase with the width of hook vane increase,when the steam flow rate,and when the width of the hydrophobic hook is increased to a certain extent,separation efficiency of droplet does not increase with hook-vane increase.
