摘　　要：文中首先介绍了手工压装轴承易出现的问题;并以6T115变速箱装配中间轴两端轴承为例,介绍了轴承压装机设计过程中的压装力的计算、压装机的结构设计以及压装过程等相关内容.This article describes the hand-press-fit bearings prone to problems and take the 6T115 gearbox as an example when assembling the bearings at both ends of the intermediate shaft,Describes the design of the bearing pressure capacity installed during the calculation of the pressure force,the structural design pressure capacity and the press-fit processes.
