摘　　要：驮英水库及灌区工程调压井开挖施工由于地质条件差,施工断面小,工作环境和施工条件差,施工难度较大,且存在较大的安全隐患。介绍了调压井开挖及支护方案,论述了施工方法和工程质量、安全生产控制措施及应急预案。Tuoying Reservoir Irrigation Zone Project is designed with surge tank.The excavation of surge tank is difficult and has great safety risks due to poor geological conditions,small construction section,poor working environment and construction conditions.An introduction was made on the excavation and support scheme,construction methods,measures for quality control and construction safety as well as the emergency plan.
