摘 要:在风电场运检一体模式下,对运行和检修人员专业技能要求较高,特别是风电运检技能人才流动性大,影响风电场运检质量。针对该问题,本文建立了风电机组主要设备故障树模型和KKS编码模型,利用故障树和KKS编码模型优化运检流程,同时引用库存备件供求数据库,提供库存策略,并以某风电机组故障为例,为风电运检一体模式管控提供依据。Under the integrated mode of wind farm operation and inspection,it requires high professional skills of operation and maintenance personnel.In particular,the mobility of skilled personnel in wind power operation and inspection is high,which affects the quality of wind farm operation and inspection.In re⁃sponse to this problem,this article establishes a fault tree model and KKS code model for the main equip⁃ment of wind turbines,uses the fault tree and KKS code model to optimize the operation and inspection pro⁃cess,and references the inventory spare parts supply and demand database to provide inventory strategies.Fi⁃nally,the fault of a wind turbine is taken as an example to provide basis for the integrated control of wind power operation and inspection.
