摘　　要：开放银行是现代商业银行应对未来线上化、智能化金融发展趋势,推进数字化转型升级的一种新型金融科技业态模式。推进大湾区数字普惠金融建设,为粤港澳大湾区产业协同与创新科技发展带来新的发展机遇。通过对粤港澳大湾区的开放银行发展情况的梳理及总结,探讨粤港澳大湾区在开放银行建设中面临的挑战,并针对这些问题提出相应的发展对策与建议,助力粤港澳大湾区开放银行发展,构建粤港澳大湾区开放金融生态。Open banking is a new type of fintech business mode for modern commercial banks to cope with the online and intelligent trend of future finance development and promote digital transformation and upgrading of banks.On one hand,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)has a complete industrial structure and financial ecological system,leading financial technologies and digital economy level,profound legal system of network security and data circulation protection as well as superior financial cooperation and opening environment,which provides rich and mature development foundation for the construction of open banking in the GBA.On the other hand,as a new business mode,by reshaping the banking service value chain and optimizing the structure of the financial service industry chain,open banking will effectively improve the efficiency of financial services,bring new development opportunities for the coordination and integration of industries and innovative technological developmenT,and effectively promote the construction of digital inclusive finance in the GBA.Based on the analysis and summary of the development of open banking in the GBA,this paper probes the challenges faced by GBA in the construction of open banking,and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions for these problems so as to help the development of open banking and construct a better open financial ecology in the GBA.
