摘　　要：《民法典》第1219条提出了医疗告知义务新的途径和方式,以此更好的保护患者的知情同意权。手术科室作为医疗纠纷的高发场所,如何有效履行术前告知义务,是减少医疗纠纷的重要手段。文章针对我国手术同意书的共性缺陷,提出手术知情同意书的修改建议。The new way and methods for the obligation of medical notification were put forward in the "Civil Code" to better protect patients’ right of informed consent. Surgery department is a place with high incidence of medical disputes. How to effectively fulfill the obligation of preoperative notification is an important means to reduce medical disputes. In view of the common deficiencies of the surgical consent form in China, some suggestions were put forward.
