西藏2种乌头属药用植物茎内内生菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：目的:探究西藏工布乌头和露蕊乌头2种药用植物植株茎内内生菌。方法:采用培养基培养法和载玻片法对分离得到的菌株进行形态学分析,并利用分子生物学技术提取菌株DNA进行测定。结果:从2种西藏乌头属药用植物中获得的2株菌株,均属于半知菌亚门曲霉属环绕亚属黑色组的真菌。Objective:This paper mainly explores the Isolation and identification of endophyte in medicinal plant of Aconitum in Tibet.Methods:The strains of endophyte were isolated and analyzed morphologically by medium cul⁃ture method and slide method.DNA of each strain was extracted by molecular biology technology for determination.Results:The two strains obtained belonged to the black fungus group of Aspergillus,Monilia-ceous,Hyphomyceta⁃les,Hyphomycetes,Deuteromycotina.
