摘　　要：结合由中华人民共和国第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十九次会议通过的2020版《档案法》,从档案本身、形成单位、相关法律三个角度出发,通过对档案开放时间的鉴定、相关法律的分析,得出档案法现存的问题在于,对历史档案的关注度减弱、与其他法律缺乏动态平衡,并在此基础上为档案的鉴定工作提出相应的对策。Combined with the 2020 version of Archives Law adopted by the 19th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress of People's Republic of China,through the appraisal of opening time of archives and analysis of related laws from three perspectives of archives themselves,archiving agencies and relevant laws,it is concluded that the existing problem of the archives law lies in the weakened attention to historical archives and the lack of dynamic balance with other laws.On this basis,corresponding countermeasures for the appraisal of archives are proposed.
