摘　　要：2020年新《档案法》的颁布是我国档案事业发展进程中的一项里程碑,为新时期我国档案工作的改革进步奠定了法律基础。同时在“体制改革”背景下档案工作者的动态转型来到关键节点,受到多方关注。新《档案法》将推动档案工作者的转型进程,在档案工作者基本职能、档案工作者素质、档案工作者的权利保障等方面提供法律依据,指引转型方向。The promulgation of the new Archives Law in 2020 is a milestone in the development process of China's archives cause,laying a legal foundation for the reform and progress of our archival work in the new period.At the same time,under the background of“system reform”,the dynamic transformation of archivists has come to a key node,which has attracted attention from various sides.The new Archives Law will promote the transformation process of archivists,provide a legal basis for archivists'basic functions,archivists'quality,and the protection of archivists'rights,and guide the direction of transformation.
